Market Place Loyalty Scheme
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Market Place Loyalty Scheme, including the MP Munch loyalty programme (the “Scheme”).
The Scheme is operated by MP Investment Group Limited and its subsidiary venue companies (together, “Market Place”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By signing up to the Scheme, downloading a digital wallet pass, or scanning your loyalty pass in-venue, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Scheme scope
The Scheme is available at participating Market Place venues, including but not limited to:
- Leicester Square
- St Paul’s
- Harrow
The Scheme may also apply to future Market Place venues that use the same loyalty and POS platform. Participating venues and rewards may change from time to time.
2. Eligibility and participation
The Scheme is open to customers aged 16 and over. Alcoholic rewards are available to customers aged 18 and over only and valid photo ID may be required.
Employees and contractors may participate via a designated staff pass tier only.
Only one loyalty pass per person is permitted. Loyalty passes, points, and rewards are personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold, shared, or exchanged.
Market Place reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke participation at its discretion.
3. Sign-up and account management
Customers may sign up to the Scheme via:
- QR codes
- The Market Place website
- In-venue sign-up, using captive Wi-Fi registration
Participation requires a digital wallet pass. Physical cards are not available.
The following personal data may be collected to administer the Scheme:
- Name
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Device ID
- Transaction count
Points cannot be added retrospectively if a loyalty pass is not scanned at the time of purchase.
4. Earning loyalty points
Loyalty points are earned per transaction, not per item.
Points may be earned at:
- Market Place bars
- Participating food vendors
A minimum spend of £1 per transaction is required to earn points.
Points are not earned on:
- Refunded or voided transactions
- Complimentary items
- Third-party events or promotions
The loyalty pass must be scanned at the time of purchase to earn points.
5. Welcome drink reward
A welcome drink is unlocked upon sign-up to the Scheme, subject to venue-specific conditions.
The welcome drink:
- Is redeemable at Market Place bars only
- Is limited to one per loyalty card holder
- Cannot be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash
- Is subject to availability
Venue-specific welcome drink terms are set out in Section 8.
6. Voucher rewards (£5 Vhoucer)
Once 50 loyalty points are earned, customers receive a £5 reward voucher.
£5 reward vouchers:
- May be redeemed at participating food vendors and bars
- Are accepted by all participating vendors
- May be combined in a single transaction
- Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions
- Have no cash value and are non-transferable
Expiry periods:
- £5 reward vouchers: 30 days from issue
- Welcome drink vouchers: 7 days from sign-up
- Birthday rewards: 7 days from issue
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Venue-specific terms
Leicester Square
- Welcome drink redeemable once 20 loyalty points have been earned
- Valid Monday to Friday, 12pm–6pm only
- Welcome drink voucher must be redeemed within 7 days of issue
St Paul’s
- No minimum points required to redeem the welcome drink
- Welcome drink limited to Tropicali (18+) or a mocktail equivalent
- Subject to availability
Harrow
- No minimum points required to redeem the welcome drink
- Welcome drink limited to Tropicali (18+) or a mocktail equivalent
- Subject to availability
8. Misuse, fraud, and enforcement
Market Place reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in the Scheme where misuse is suspected, including but not limited to:
- Duplicate or multiple accounts
- Sharing loyalty passes
- Staff misuse
- Any activity deemed fraudulent or abusive
All decisions made by Market Place in relation to suspected misuse are final.
9. Changes, suspension, and withdrawal
Market Place may amend, suspend, or withdraw the Scheme, or these Terms & Conditions, at any time.
Changes may be communicated via:
- Website updates
- Email notifications
Continued participation in the Scheme following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
10. Availability and liability
Rewards are offered on a best-endeavours basis and are subject to availability.
Market Place accepts no liability for:
- Technical failures
- Scanner outages
- Digital wallet or pass issues
- Vendor stock unavailability or refusal beyond reasonable control
11. Data protection
Personal data collected in connection with the Scheme is used for scheme administration only, unless you have separately opted in to receive marketing communications.
Customers may opt out of marketing at any time and remain part of the Scheme.

12. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
